Please complete this Lease Application form and submit it as soon as possible so that we can begin processing it immediately. Standard Application Requirements:

Income Level

Many Landlords have a basic requirements which requires that you have a gross income equal to 40x's the monthly rent. In addition you may need the following documents:

  1. Verification of Income (Pay stubs, etc.)
  2. Driver's License or State Identification
  3. W-2, 1040 or other tax information

Credit History

To determine whether you have a satisfactory credit history, many Landlords will ask that we run a credit report through a credit reporting agency. If your credit is less than satisfactory then the Landlord may accept a lease guarantor at their discretion.

Rental History

Your rental history may be verified if deemed necessary.

Security Deposits

Depending on the Landlord's rental policy, a security deposit of 1, 1.5 or 2 months may be required.

Pets

Pets, if allowed by the Landlord, may require additional rent deposits.
