Hours:	Full or Part-time; flexible days and hours.
Experience:	NYS State Real Estate License preferred. We will consider the right trainee willing to make a serious commitment and enrolled into an accredited Real Estate Licensing program.
Rentals & Corporate Relocation:	Established in 1991, HarborView Properties is Westchester's leader in Residential Rentals & Corporate Relocation. Our proprietary database of Apartments, Duplexes, Lofts & House rentals is the largest in the county. Real Estate Agents enjoy a steady income with rental deals that close almost instantaneously and are relatively uncomplicated. Condo & Co-op Sales:	HarborView Properties Condo & Co-op Sales Center handles mid-range to high-end Condo's and co-op's including the sale of Luxury Hi-rises, Townhouses, Lofts & Garden Apartments. The focus of our attention is in the Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye, New Rochelle, Portchester, White Plains, Scarsdale, Bronxville and other lower Westchester communities.
Home Sales:	Mid-range to Luxury Homes; Estates & Waterfront property.
Investment Property Sales:	Investment Sales, while challenging, will produce larger commissions and fees for the more experienced broker or agent. HarborView Properties Commercial & Investment Division has been involved in numerous commercial transactions. These have included the sale of Shopping Centers, Apartment Buildings, major Hotels and other Income & Investment Properties.
Marketing Resources:	HarborView Properties has a powerful marketing team that produces results for its Brokers & Agents.
